Does this bond to latex or silicon caulk?


Great question! Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Protective Enamel will adhere to previously painted surfaces like latex. However, we do not recommend this product for use on caulk as it will not be able to adhere properly. Please also note that this paint is not meant to be used in areas that are heavily exposed to water or moisture, as this will cause the paint to blister and peel over time. -Rust-Oleum Product Support 14
