Can I use this over latex paint to give a stronger finish? when can I put this on after the latex paint has been applied? How many coats of the clear?


Good question! Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Matte Clear Spray Paint can be applied over latex paint. Be sure to wash the surface to remove dirt, rinse with fresh water. Lightly scuff sand to create a profile, removing any dust from the sanding. After the surface is completely dry you can apply the clear.
