Is this heat resistant? Can I use on electric basebpoard?


As long as the baseboard does not exceed 200°F, you can use the Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Clean Metal Primer on the surface. If it exceeds this temperature, you will find that the product will flake, peel, and will not hold up properly. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 1
