Can this product be used over Rust-oleum Universal Paint & Primer "Carbon Mist"? Will it hold up to wear & tear on the interior of a vehicle?


Yes, Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Crystal Clear Enamel Spray Paint is suitable for use over the Rust-Oleum Universal line. We recommend waiting at least 48 hours before applying the clear coat. If more than 7 days have passed, we recommend lightly sanding the surface before applying the clear coat. Please keep in mind that this coating fully cures after 7-10 days when in an area with proper ventilation, and that is when the coating becomes it's more durable.
