Can this paint be used over a galvanizing primer , on my aluminum boat

Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Protective Enamel Spray can be applied to an aluminum boat, but if you applied Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Cold Galvanizing Compound, that product can only have a water-based product on top, which means the Protective Enamel will not adhere well.
