If we remove the galvanized coating on a steel stock tank [with sandpaper and then etch with vinegar], could this primer be used under Pond Armor?


Happy to help! To ensure full adhesion, any zinc on the surface must be removed as this is what hinders full adhesion of oil-based paints, such as Rust-Oleum Automotive Self Etching Primer Spray.
