can this be applied to galvanized metal


Great question! Rust-Oleum Custom Spay 5-in-1 can be applied to a variety of metal surfaces but is not recommended for a galvanized surface. When applying this to a galvanized surface, there is a chemical reaction with the zinc in the galvanized metal to the alkyd in our paint. Over time, there is potential for the paint to peel. To prevent this, we recommend using Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Universal Bonding Primer.
