Can I use this on my fire pit? Will it withstand the heat?

We do not recommend Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Enamel Spray Paint for use on surfaces that reach temperatures above 200°F since the high temperatures will cause the coating to blister and peel. Instead, for the exterior of the fire pit, we recommend Rust-Oleum Specialty High Heat Paint!
