Does this have paint rub and does it work on plastic?


We appreciate your interest. Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Bright Coat Metallic Spray does have leafing pigments that will rub off on a high-traffic surface. This product can be applied to a variety of surfaces, so we suggest applying to an inconspicuous area first to ensure adhesion since some types of plastic are manufactured in a way that can prevent adhesion.
