Can u use restore over a car oil spill on plywood?

There's a good chance it would work, just clean it as best you can, maybe some type of degreaser? Really dry, maybe sand it a little make it a little rough to this stuff will stick better. Guess the worst that could happen is it flakes off that spot. Just keep the extra and stick it on again

I would scrub the spot with a good detergent, scrub with clear water, and let dry for at least a week.
