Can this be put on a concrete block wall?


My guess is only with a LOT of very thin applications - and I'd really discourage it. It has the consistency of cake batter and will slide down the wall and puddle. Don't do it.

Rust-Oleums Restore 10x tintable solid exterior stain would work on concrete, however it is designed to work on horizontal wood, composite and concrete surfaces. For vertical surfaces use Restore Solid Acrylic Stain (Lowes Item# 352098) this product has a matching color palette to Restore 10x tintable solid exterior stain.
