Happy to clear things up! Rust-Oleum Restore 10X Advanced Tintable Resurfacer is recommended for use on exterior wood, most composite, and broom swept concrete surfaces. We do not recommend it for us on vinyl surfaces since it will not properly adhere to this type of surface and it is not recommended for use on interior surfaces since the coating will have a hard time fully curing.
