Can this product be used around swimming pools. On concrete that has spalled? If what’s the prep for this


Good question! Rust-Oleum Restore 10X Advanced can be applied to exterior wood and concrete surfaces only. If there is only minor spalling, the product will be able to fill it in. However, if the spalling is really deep, we recommend patching it first. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 5
