Can you apply this to a concrete floor in a garage that has no vapor barrier under the concrete?


Happy to clear things up! Rust-Oleum Restore 10X Advanced Textured Solid Exterior Stain is recommended for use on broom swept or porous concrete surfaces. Do not use on smooth or floated concrete, fiberglass, tile, or metal surfaces. This product is not recommended for use on surfaces that have vehicle traffic since it will not hold up.
