Can this be used on plastic water barrels?


Thank you for reaching out. While Rust-Oleum Professional High Performance Protective Enamel can be applied to a variety of surfaces we do not recommend applying to plastic surfaces as it will not properly adhere. Instead, we would recommend applying Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint as it can be applied to plastic surfaces. Please note this paint can only be applied to the exterior of water barrels as the full water immersion will cause the finish to peel and this is not a food safe finish. -Rust-Oleum Product Support 14
