Purchased a 1950 ford pickup cover in rustoleum red primer. Is this an oil base product? Is epoxy primer compatible if strayed over it?


TWO QUESTIONS : I want to know if epoxy can be sprayed over your red primer? Second, what can be used to remove your primer when sprayed on metal?
