Absolutely, Wolf! Rust-Oleum Professional High Performance Spray Paint can be used on the underside of a metal mower deck. Make sure the surface is completely clean. Sand the surface with 220-grit sandpaper to create a profile. Then make sure to remove all sanding residue before spraying 2 or more light coats of paint.
