What's the difference between this "cold glavanizing compound" and weld-through primer? Can this product be used as weld-through primer? Both are high zinc metal coatings.

While both weld-through primer and Rust-Oleum Professional Galvanizing Compound Spray Paint provide a zinc-based coating, the galvanized spray is not recommended for welding. It can only withstand temperatures up to 200°F; if the surface is hotter than this, the paint will blister and peel off! - Rust-Oleum Product Support 10
