Can this be applied while it is raining? Or on wet surfaces shortly after it has rained?


We're happy to clear things up, Geno. While Rust-Oleum Professional Water-Based Marking Paint can be applied outdoors the surface must be completely dry before applying. Please also note this is a temporary finish that will be washed away with normal weathering. -Rust-Oleum Product Support 14
