Can you stencil over it with a chalk paint or any other acrylic paint?


Thanks for reaching out, Harv. Rust-Oleum Home Floor Coating can only be stenciled with a contrasting color of Home Base Coat. Apply the first color of Rust-Oleum Home Base Coat and then after it dries for 6 hours, use a second color of Home Base Coat for the stencil coat. Once the stencil has been applied, we recommend waiting 1-2 hours before applying the Clear Top Coat. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 6
