Is there any sanding involved in the prep? I hate sanding anything ... I want easy-peasy, lemon-squeezy!!


Happy to clear things up. If you are applying Rust-Oleum Transformations Cabinet Coating Kit to a previously coated surface the previous coating must be in sound condition and properly adhered to the surface. If the previous coating is peeling or has poor adhesion the surface must be lightly scuff sanded before applying. If not, the kit can be applied after cleaning the surface. -Rust-Oleum Product Support 14
