Can you use this to cover up bleach stains in an apartment?

Our Industrial Choice Beige Enamel Spray provides excellent coverage over wood, metal, masonry, and previously painted surfaces. If the bleach stain is on one of these surfaces, this enamel should cover the stain well. We recommend rinsing the surface well to remove any bleach residue prior to application.
