Can I use this on black iron gas pipe exposed to the outdoors?


Rust-Oleum High Performance Galvanizing Compound Spray is suitable for galvanized surfaces. The compound spray should not be used on surfaces that can reach above 200 degrees as this may cause it to peel. We recommend sanding the surface prior to applying the product with a 180/220 grit sandpaper and make sure it’s cleaned properly by using dish soap and water, or a solvent wipe such as acetone.
