Can you use this to paint a bird bath? If so does it harm animals?

While Rust-Oleum Painter’s Touch 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint can be applied to masonry and metal surfaces, it is not considered food safe and should not be applied to surfaces that will come in to contact with food or water.
