No, you need to have them cut out for you from wood. In the back of the instruction manual, you can get dimensions

Thank you for your interest in the Rubbermaid Roughnect XSmall Vertical Storage Shed. The shed is designed with molded-in grooves on the panels to accomodate a wooden shelf. The shelves are not included. The assembly instructions include a pattern and measurements for cutting shelves using 3/4" lumber. The shelves then fit into the grooves on the shed panels.
