Instructions say": 48" rail must hit 4 studs for maximum weight..." Impossible, since first holes are 1" off edge and studs 16" apart. What do I do?


What i would do is put horizontal cripples between the studs so that every hole has solid wood to screw in to. I too am looking at this product and I can visualize what you are saying and thus what i plan to do if I purchase this product.
