Was this Answer Helpful ?We have had one heavy rain since installing the shed. No leaks at all. Haven't had high winds, but it seems sturdy enough to withstand reasonable wind. Once you fill the shed with items, it will add to the weight. Also, we are still considering laying pavers on the flooring to add some weight and also keep edger off the ground.

There are places on the bottom for you to add anchors to attach the floor of the shed to the foundation. While not advertised as leak proof, it is rare for rain to get into one of the Rubbermaid sheds as long as they are assembled according to the instructions.
