Here are step-by-step instructions for downloading and/or updating the Ring App on your IOS device: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/204384784-Downloading-and-Updating-the-Ring-App. A key fob is not currently available for the Ring Alarm Pro security system. We do have several other options for a quick response, though. The Ring Panic Button, a Ring Keypad, or Alexa Guard integrated devices may be used to alert authorities quickly, if needed. The Ring Alarm Panic Button is a compact, wall-mountable button which, when held for three seconds or more, will send a message to the Ring Alarm Base Station that help is needed. After receiving the signal from the Panic Button, the Ring Alarm Base Station will sound Ring Alarm's sirens and, if you subscribed to professional monitoring, will alert the monitoring center to ensure emergency response is dispatched to your home. On the Ring Keypad, you can press and hold the green check and red x buttons simultaneously for three seconds to trigger the Panic alarm. Alexa can arm your system when you set Guard to Away mode. You can also opt to forward smart alerts to your security provider, or to Ring Alarm if you are professionally monitored.
