IF MIXER IS REMOVED FROM SHELF CAN THE LIFT GO BACK DOWN EASILY WITH NO WEIGHT ON IT


Yes it can go back down. Depending on the level of resistance it is set at it will be more or less difficult, but at no point impossible nor really a pain.
