Is this 4 prong or 3?


Clearly, there are 3 prongs but there are FOUR conductors. The fourth conductor in this awful picture is on the upper-left edge. This is for wiring 240V single phase (3 conductors) with a separate ground conductor. By the way, the centering hole has no electrical function, either.
