Why does this door rot


The frame around it may rot....and the wood part of the sill may rot, but I really doubt that a fiberglass door will rot. It helps to always have a good storm door in place.

If you are having problems with your Benchmark by Therma-Tru door, please contact the Lowe's store where you purchased your door. Benchmark by Therma-Tru doors must be painted when installed to protect the door from damages from weather. and to protect the warranty.
