For a portable AC unit the exhaust hose goes through the wall to the outside. The wall cut-out is too large. Can this tape seal the area?


Maybe try Spray Foam, such as GREAT STUFF or LOCTITE to fill the space between the hose and wall cutout. You could also try Caulk / Sealant.
