U tube manometer fluid is all dried up, I need to add the fluid, it was blue color fluid. where do I get this fluid? or should  replace the U tube.

It's called "Gage Fluid", but unless you have a few to fill, a bottle is probably more expensive than just replacing the whole manometer.
