Is this a mineral primer that can be used as a primer for limewash?


Yes, MicroGrip Primer is a mineral primer and Classico Limewash can be used on top of it if you're painting for full coverage. Please note that this primer is an opaque white, so distressing the limewash to allow the color of the brick/stone to show through will not be possible.
