Do u have a oscillating tool blade that would cut a weld off? I have to replace the door hinges on my truck


Even a carbide blade made for tile would not last a long time against a welded surface. The best is a carbide grinding wheel or disc like you get for a side grinder. An oscillating tool that would hold up long enough to remove welds would cost more than a good side grinder.
