Is this safe for bees?

The attractant that lures yellowjackets to the trap will not attract honeybees and bumblebees. This trap is designed specifically for pesky yellowjackets. However, if your area is particularly dry and bees are looking for moisture, they might happen upon the water added to the trap and enter by mistake. If that is of concern to you, I would recommend the Reusable Yellowjacket Trap, which is a dry trap and doesn't have that same risk as the Disposable version.
