Before I hung it up, my dog tore open the bag and scattered crystals all over the ground. Should I be worried about him or attracting yellow jackets?

It's a good idea to keep fresh water available for your dog and watch them for symptoms. If the attractant spilled inside, on a deck/patio or concrete, sweep up or vacuum the contents and wash the area with soap and water to ensure that attractant is clear of the area. If it was spilled outside on dirt or your lawn, hose off the area to dilute the attractant.
