When I turn mine up to 3 it then goes to low. How to I raise it high???


Hi Neen, Thank you for your question! You may press the Fan Speed button to cycle through Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 mist levels. Note: The humidifier adjusts fan speed based on the difference between current room air humidity and the desired humidity.
