How do I get suction cup to stay shucked on tile


First the wall need to be a completely flat surface. If this is being installed on tile it cannot be installed over a grout line or on textured tile. It will not hold. The surface must be clean and dry. No soap or oily residue. Make sure the suction cup is clean before installation. Pull the plastic arm at the bottom of the holder towards the front. Place the suction cup against the wall and push. The push the arm towards the wall to lock it into place.
