My is locked down on the ball and my water pressure is low it won't spray hard.


Mine did rhe same thing and I took off the white push-to-connect and found the plunger inside was stuck. I poked it gently with a chopstick (you can use a small screwdriver) and put it back on and regained pressure. That happened several times and then it stuck permenently and now I need to call customer service and get another one.
