Where can I get a new cartridge? Manual says RP03001 but I can't find anything using that...


Go to Homewerks.com(correct name), click on support tab then click on Customer Support Inquiry and fill out the form. List model number and part number. Phone number is listed, you might be lucky to talk to someone but probably have to leave a message. Got email back same day I sent in the form.
