For everyone who is having problems with the low water pressure I can tell you the problem. It’s the quick connect piece that goes from the hose to the faucet line. When I first figured this out I did not break the quick connect piece all the way down but I could see that the filter inside was sitting cockeyed in there and messing up the flow of the water. I I would get the filter in place with a toothpick from the top then flip over the quick connector and push the red piece I could see up from the bottom that way there was not room for the filter to move around and end up sideways. However it would eventually do the same thing and I’d have to shut off the water and take the quick connect piece off and fix it again. My husband called customer service for Project Source to see about getting a replacement quick connect. After a lengthy conversation and confusion on their part they finally told him it was not a replacement part. It is not listed as a replacement part in the book but it seems like it would be very replaceable. Since I was having to shut off the water, disconnect the hose from the water line and unscrew the quick connect every couple of days to fix it, I decided to see if it could be broke down any farther.I figured out there is a small spring that must have fallen to the side that was keeping the filter from staying in place. I re-assembled the inner pieces and put the quick connector back together. I don’t know how long it will stay but it seems much more stable for now.I loved this faucet for about a month before it started messing up. I like the look of the faucet and had nothing but good things to say about it for the first month when it was working right. However the customer service lady told my husband we should just take it back to Lowe’s and exchange it. If this is how well it works I don’t really want to get another one. I’ve even tried looking online to see if I can find a different quick connect to replace the one that comes with it. When you go to search Project Source faucet one of the auto fill suggestions is “quick connector 831710”, that tells me a lot of people are having the same problem. Every suggestion from Project Source about this problem has never mentioned the plpicturesastic quick connector at all. I took some . One end of the quick connect piece unscrews and the filter mechanism inside will come out so that you can break it down and put it back together properly. Unfortunately I can’t give it too much longer to see if this keeps working because I will run out of time before it has to be returned. It’s very disappointing that the people from Project Source haven’t figured this out.

Hello, If your faucet is not allowing the correct amount of water through, it sounds like your cartridge may be clogged. Please give customer service a call with your model information so we can provide you with the appropriate replacement parts.
