I have only had this faucet for 32 days and the water pressure drastically decreased this week. Can it be replaced for a new one or is too late?


But - where are the instructions for accessing the cartridge for cleaning or replacement???

Hello, If your water pressure has decreased, please give customer service a call. We can send you out a replacement cartridge to resolve the issue. You could also try soaking the cartridge overnight in 1/2 water and 1/2 vinegar.
