Are these LED compatible?


I am running LED bulbs in my track lighting. Just buy bulbs that do not have vent holes at the edge of the bulb as those could be covered by the collar that holds the bulb in. Each strip of four lights you change over you go from 200 watts of electricity an hour to 32 watts per hour or less. I have changed halogens with GU10 bases and Pin type bases. You will love them. Be sure of the "color" of the new bulb and pay attention to the lumens. There is a wide range of lumens for 50 watt replacement LED bulbs. go for the highest lumen if you want bright light. lower lumen and a "soft white" light if you want a soft lighting. Also, if you are dimming them, make sure you get LED's that are capable of dimming.
