Was this Answer Helpful ?Hi Pam, To be clear, the base is stainless but the part that holds the tissue is not. You will not be able to tell though because the finish matches perfectly. This is an on line purchase. I could not find this item in the two local Lowes stores near me. The value is great for the money. I would recommend this product.
