How to install


To install your Project Source inline lamp switch, first unplug the lamp, then carefully cut the cord where you want the switch, peel back the outer jacket, and strip about 1/4 inch of insulation from the hot (smooth) wire, leaving the neutral (ribbed) wire intact. Open the plastic switch halves, insert the hot wire into the designated slot (which often has sharp points to puncture the insulation), secure the halves, and reassemble the lamp.
