Was this Answer Helpful ?Measurement standards of products are always given in "Length x Width x Height (or depth)" of an item. In this case for this tote, the size given on the product label are the "Outside" dimensions. Now granted that doesn't help you know how much you can store inside it. So here are the usable "inside" dimensions at the bottom (since it tapers inward). 18" Long x 12 1/4" wide x 12" deep (so the lid can close). Hope this helps!
