Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must be made available for all warranty claims. “Fragile goods” (such as the components of handle/push button, seal ring, fill valves, flush valve and flapper etc.) are only guaranteed for five years. These parts will need to be purchased separately by calling Customer Service if beyond the five-year limited warranty.
