This faucet has been installed for a few years and is acting strange. The on, off, hot, and cold positions are now all in wrong spots. What's wrong?


SinkDave - Thank you for reaching out. Per your question, please refer to installation manual on page 7 for the parts list, it is maybe that the part#5 cap (RP#80756) in the handle is loose. You can remove the handle, and adjust the position of the sharp corner of part #6 Cam (RP#70107) to face forward, and then lock the part # 5 cap. We hope you find this information helpful.
