Installed new toilet and works good with no leaks. However, the tank is loose and bumps the wall. Why? It doesn't leak and nuts are tight.


robert, Please adjust the rubber pad and reinstall the water tank to ensure that the water tank touch with the base, so that the water tank will not shake.Thanks.
